Our company, Pam, is transforming phone interactions in the automotive industry by leveraging AI-driven automation. We aim to make these interactions seamless, effective, and customer-friendly.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our AI-powered customer engagement solutions, and scheduling product demos. You will also be collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and accurately logging interactions and outcomes in the HubSpot CRM system.

Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to book appointments and close deals.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, driven by commission-based incentives.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is required.
  • Must have a personal laptop and be able to work U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
  • Immediate availability to start.

What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: 139,000 PKR per month.
  • Compensation Structure: 50% base salary + 50% commission.
  • Target Monthly Earnings: Up to 300,000 PKR based on performance.
  • Growth Opportunities: High-performing reps can advance to Account Executive roles with increased commissions.
