Software Leadership Expert

Our client is seeking a skilled Lead Software Architect to oversee the development, testing, and deployment of large-scale commercial software systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and preparing systems, as well as hands-on experience in JAVA programming. They should also be familiar with SQL, application servers, and other technologies related to the role.
Key responsibilities will include leading team building, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the successful deployment of the software system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Specification:
- Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role designing and preparing systems.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience directly in JAVA Programming.
- Familiar with SQL, application servers, servlets, EJB, JSP & HTML.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Four years bachelor's degree from a reputed institution.
- Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of TOMCAT application server.
- Background in C++ programming.
- Experience developing lexers, parsers, and compilers.
- Knowledge of Struts and/or Velocity Apache projects.
- Experience in both Windows and UNIX environments deploying JAVA-based systems.
