Finance Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing invoice reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in English. You will work closely with clients to resolve any necessary paperwork and provide timely support.

Responsibilities:

  • Process client accounts, create invoices, and send them out to clients.
  • Follow up with clients on any necessary paperwork and re-check numerical errors.
  • Work on payroll rates, actual hours, calculate errors, identify, and fix underpayment or overpayment and generate payroll forecasting.
  • Assist in maintaining records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes.
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding timesheet and deadlines.
