Job Summary:

You will serve as the technical liaison between our sales team and prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to understand client needs and demonstrate how our CPaaS/SaaS solutions can address those needs effectively.

The role involves crafting tailored solutions, delivering compelling demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. You will work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting Solutions: Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that leverage our CPaaS/SaaS offerings, including AI functionalities.
  • Solution Design: Analyze customer needs and design appropriate solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows.
  • Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Develop and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs to showcase the value and capabilities of the solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other documentation to support the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging AI technologies in the SaaS and CPaaS space.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration methods.
  • Comprehensive understanding of AI concepts and models, including Large Language Models and their applications.
  • Excellent ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Extensive experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys based on thorough business analysis and customer requirements.
  • Solid technical background with proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java.
  • Strong knowledge of English at business level required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
