We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Call Center team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 25 call center associates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers
