Job Title: Supply Chain ProfessionalAs a Supply Chain Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our logistics operations.
  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics company, preferably a freight forwarder.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command over MS Office, and knowledge of export documentation.
  • A university graduate with a passion for logistics and a keen eye for detail is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include placing bookings in the extranet, corresponding with buyers' import/export departments, and ensuring timely handovers of goods to forwarders.

  • Correspondence with buyers, C&F, Transport, and shipping lines independently is also required.
  • Maintaining good liaisons with buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks to complete documentation on time for smooth export and import is critical to this role.
  • Following up on commercial invoices, packing lists, and detail-packing lists for export is also an essential task.
Job Specification:

A minimum age of 30 years and a maximum age of 40 years is preferred. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Logistic Manager in a reputable logistics company.
