Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager Job Description: 
  • Proactively manage daily freight forwarding activities of the company, encompassing all sea, air, and road operations import/export processes and warehousing.
  • Ensure timely arrival of shipments by coordinating with carriers and agents.
  • Oversee shipping instructions and coordinate with customers to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective shipping strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide accurate invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with shippers, consignees, truckers, customs brokers, and agents worldwide.
  • Handle client communications and resolve any discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain a positive reputation for exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously develop and train staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Strong experience and knowledge of all modes of delivery, including trucking, airline, and shipping.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, customer service, planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and advanced office applications proficiency.
  • Ability to handle general cargo shipments and related issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
