Job Overview:

As a consultant specializing in HCM Cloud, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, expert guidance, and hands-on support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. You will play a critical role in driving successful project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our HCM Cloud practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects for HCM Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients and project teams on best practices, industry trends, and solution design principles related to HCM Cloud.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, HR professionals, IT teams, and vendors, to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and define strategic HCM initiatives.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams and build internal capability in HCM Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their HCM transformation journey.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in HCM Cloud technology, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and accelerators used in HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations, to help win new business and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM Cloud implementation projects from inception to completion, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Deep expertise in HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Performance Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, influence stakeholders, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of project delivery.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
