Business Development and Sales Professional

We are looking for a skilled professional to develop and expand our range of telecommunications solutions and build lasting relationships with key customers. This role will involve sales, account management and sales target achievement.

This position will report to the Country Manager and cover the Malaysia market with potential expansion to Asia Pacific regional market coverage with business growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for a range of telecommunications solutions (e.g. telecoms network monitoring and management solutions, mobile/fixed network value added services solutions etc.)
  • Maintain customer relationships as well as reseller/partner relationships
  • Participate in Tender/RFQ/RFP, proposal and product presentation
  • Support sales strategies and activities by collaborating with presales and technical team
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in solutions delivery and pre/post sales support
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions for products promotion
  • Perform any duties assigned from time to time
Essential Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical/Computer/Telecom Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in telecommunications or related industry
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Results driven, self-motivated, willing to learn, independent worker with good attitude preferred
  • Working knowledge in telecom/voice technologies, solutions and value added services, will have added advantage
  • Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility
  • Able to travel extensively and at short notice
  • Possess valid driving license and preferably have own transport
