Job Title: Solution and Automation Expert

Job Description:

Solution and Automation Experts are responsible for complete system analysis & solution design of all inhouse developments as well as the complete test automation of various applications. This is a senior role where the expert will guide and oversee solutions from augmented vendor resources to ensure delivery of high-performing Mobile Applications, Web Application Applications and Integrations APIs.

  • Design solution based on requirements received from business and should be able to lead a team of Technical resources to develop a solution as per requirements within the timeframe.
  • Conducts thorough analysis of the provided requirement artifacts for solution feasibility and completeness as per the agreed scope.
  • Evaluates the new requirements feasibility as well as system impact and develops solution design along with development effort estimation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mobile & Web Application Design and Development.
  • Experience of working in FinTech serving architect or developer role.
  • Project Management, Business analysis and Presentation skills in order to act as primary responsible person for projects delivery.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to breakdown business requirements into technical use cases to create solution maps for developers to follow.
