Surveillance Manager Job Overview

The role of Surveillance Manager is pivotal in overseeing stores across 20+ states in the USA. This position ensures steady monitoring of personnel and patrons, maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Ensure store employees adhere to dress code and name tag policy
  3. Manage alarms and codes
  4. Secure safe codes
  5. Monitor cameras and troubleshoot technical issues
  6. Understand surveillance equipment functionality

As a team leader, the Surveillance Manager will manage a team of 50 employees, take direction from superiors, and be accountable for:

  1. Availability to work any assigned shift
  2. Support hiring processes, disciplinary actions, leave requests, and performance evaluations for Surveillance members
  3. Oversee trainings to ensure all Surveillance members are fully trained in policies and procedures
  4. Verify and approve time sheets
  5. Review and adjust staffing needs as required
