Deputy Project Manager

A key role in our organization, the Deputy Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion. This involves working closely with various teams to track progress, manage resources, and handle administrative tasks.

Purpose
  • This role ensures that strategies are embedded within business operational plans and performance management plans, with the objective of ensuring process efficiency, in line with organizational policies, values, code of conduct, and supervisor directives.

This individual will assist in developing and amending the strategic business plan for distribution business, validating distribution business budgets, and finalizing them for approval. They will also analyze macroeconomic data affecting the company's strategic direction and its impact on the business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis & Planning (20%): Develop and amend strategic business plans, validate budgets, and analyze macroeconomic data.
  • Data Analytics (30%): Assist in business forecasting, identify trends, and suggest strategic adjustments.
  • Project Monitoring (40%): Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution, communicate with stakeholders, and track and report project progress.
  • Stakeholder Management (10%): Maintain coordination and effective communication across business functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Software/CS/Data Science or Finance along with Economics Acumen (MBA).
  • Relevant certification or Master's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, or Finance.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding of company operations and project monitoring.
