Learning & Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering training programs that meet the diverse needs of employees.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop training programs and learning initiatives to address employee learning needs
  2. Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to identify opportunities for skill development and knowledge transfer
  3. Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote employee growth and development
  4. Track and analyze training participation and completion data using LMS tools to inform future training initiatives
  5. Contribute to the creation of training content, manuals, and digital learning materials to meet the evolving needs of employees
  6. Evaluate post-training feedback to assess learning impact and areas for improvement, informing strategies for continuous growth and development
  7. Cordinate the timely delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars to maximize attendance and engagement
  8. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, suggesting innovative approaches to improve employee development
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualification and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a training or development role, preferably in a mid-level capacity
  3. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills to effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms to create and deliver engaging training experiences
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role
Certification (Preferred):
  1. HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field
Work Arrangement:

This is an office-based position, requiring regular attendance and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Location:

This role is based in Islamabad / Rawalindi, with easy access to public transportation and amenities.
