At our organization, we are seeking an accomplished BI Senior Analyst to join our team.

This position plays a vital role in driving strategic decision-making across the company by leveraging advanced analytics and data visualization.

The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to finance and business teams, providing actionable insights and optimizing ERP-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Design and develop automated dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Employ statistical and machine learning models to forecast trends and support predictive decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business performance metrics.
  • Optimize data pipelines and enhance data architecture to support real-time and scalable reporting.
  • Automate manual data processes through scripting and ETL workflows.
  • Support budgeting, planning, and ad hoc financial analysis with data-driven insights.
  • Present technical findings clearly to finance stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or data science role (finance experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large databases.
  • Solid understanding of data quality, integrity, and governance best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business terms.
