Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Chief Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth in the B2B software development market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for software development services (AI, mobile apps, web development, and custom software) in the B2B market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with hands-on experience in selling AI solutions, mobile applications, web development, and custom software. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

A solid understanding of modern technologies and technical knowledge of software development will be considered a significant advantage. You will be required to work closely with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for software development services in the B2B market
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Proposal and Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

Required Qualifications & Skills:

You will require a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in technology or software development services. Demonstrated success in selling AI solutions, mobile applications, web development, and custom software is essential.

A strong understanding of AI concepts, mobile app development, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is also required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary, as well as the ability to influence at all levels.

Technical knowledge of software development (languages, frameworks, or SDLC) is a strong plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Computer Science preferred) is also required.
