Supply Chain Strategy Lead

Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to drive business success.

This role involves developing, implementing, and managing supply chain operations to meet or exceed business objectives.

  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for the supply chain department.
  • Plan and implement inventory control initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and manage vendor selection criteria and procurement processes.
  • Manage inventory levels using data-driven insights and quality assurance measures.
  • Collaborate with top management to forecast and plan production targets.
  • Coordinate warehouse and export departments for efficient and on-time delivery of finished goods.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
