We Are Hiring: Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and a deep understanding of procurement in a manufacturing environment.

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials
  2. Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability
  3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  6. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
  7. Drive cost savings while maintaining high quality standards
  8. Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
