Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Manager to hold a position of great responsibility.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our database systems, ensuring they are secure, efficient and meet the needs of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor system performance, identify problems and respond in a timely manner to user-reported errors.
  • Protect the database against threats or unauthorized access and ensure it is adequately backed up for recovery purposes.
  • Design databases with both front-end and back-end users in mind and report on metrics regarding usage and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including MS SQL, Oracle Database, Hadoop or PostgreSQL.
  • Analytic mindset, good problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high organization and confidence working under pressure.
