">We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to lead our franchise business development efforts in the region. This role will be responsible for managing assigned franchises, ensuring visibility of daily reports, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Leverage your expertise to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
- Manage and motivate franchise teams to achieve target KPIs, including JazzCash Wallet Activation, Post-paid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, and Cash in.
- Foster a culture of excellence by promoting continuous learning and development within the team.
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners through regular communication and feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results-driven outcomes.
