
Territory Development Officer

As a territory development officer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth in a designated area.
You will work closely with dealers to provide them with the necessary tools and support to help them meet their sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Build strong relationships with dealers to understand their needs and provide support
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with other teams to share best practices and improve overall performance
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum graduate degree, preferably an MBA. You should also have 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in building materials or the construction industry.
You will need to be highly energetic and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be willing to travel extensively to meet with dealers and stakeholders.
