At a rapidly evolving organization, we seek a dedicated professional to drive business growth through data insights. The ideal candidate will possess 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with expertise in data maintenance or supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action product data updates and requests from key collaborators, ensuring adherence to source factory specifications, DQ rules, and internal data specifics.
  • Support the global obsolescence process by identifying and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Ensure data alignment & flow between ECC and JDA systems through validation checks throughout the month.
  • Create briefs for Product Development teams.
  • Generate Purchase Orders (POs), follow up with suppliers for timely receipt, and handle goods receipt activities.
  • Identify and drive efficiency by addressing process gaps and non-value-adding activities aligned with business strategy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Visio for process mapping or updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SAP; Power BI experience is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of product and customer data management processes.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, results-driven.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Skilled in reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
