**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and handling various HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, preparing reports, and assisting with payroll preparation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Management
  • Develop and prepare relevant policies and procedures under the direct supervision of the Management
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Maintain Employee Time Sheet
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
