Expert Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a driven and creative Expert Social Media Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that fosters meaningful connections with targeted virtual communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth competitive research to identify trends, platform opportunities, and messaging strategies that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that drives user engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with our community guidelines.
  • Continuously analyze and improve our social media performance by capturing and analyzing relevant metrics, insights, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media specialization.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking expertise and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Adequate understanding of web design, development, CRO, and SEO principles.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and major platforms.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Relevant degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • Ability to create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
