Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned quality assurance expert with expertise in automation testing and software development lifecycle management. We are seeking an experienced test automation engineer to join our team, bringing their technical skills and passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • As a key member of our project teams, you will provide expert guidance on business and quality parameters, leveraging your extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools.
  • You will design and develop test automation frameworks, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our projects.
  • We expect you to review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • In addition, you will oversee manual and automation test execution, guaranteeing that they align with defined protocols.
  • Your responsibility will also include managing business and QA aspects of software development activities, encompassing requirement analysis and application QA.
  • You will develop automation scripts to cover user stories committed for each sprint, utilizing diverse tools like Selenium, Java, TestNG, APPIUM, Jenkins, Maven, etc., for regression and performance testing of various releases.
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • You will estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is required; relevant experience can be considered.
  • 3-8 years of working experience in automation testing, with a strong background in using tools like Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, JAVA, etc.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Junit, TestNG, Xunit, CodedUI, SpecFlow, Pyunit, or custom in-house built frameworks is essential.
  • Proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is mandatory.
  • Experience with both white box and black box testing is required.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is necessary.
  • Expertise in design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, including writing queries, is expected.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, cloud technologies (Docker and Kubernetes), Web Service API/Rest API, and Agile development methodologies (SCRUM) is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are expected.
