Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join our project teams.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in test automation strategies and principles, as well as the ability to devise and align test strategy with software development models such as Scrum and Kanban.

The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of quality assurance best practices, including manual and automated testing, and will be able to review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure they meet defined standards.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with project managers and team members to plan and strategize on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to demonstrate leadership within project teams and encourage cohesion and team building.
