Seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team for Outbound Truck Dispatch Campaigns

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with trucking companies, introducing our dispatching services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at trucking companies.
  2. Understand each company's unique needs and tailor our services to meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborate with our sales team to create effective sales strategies.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication.
  5. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. 6-12 months of experience as a sales agent in Truck Dispatching.
  2. Prior sales experience, especially in campaigns like this, is advantageous; however, training will be provided for those without prior experience.
  3. Excellent spoken English skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
  4. The ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  5. Self-motivation and a willingness to work independently.
  6. Familiarity with truck dispatching principles and practices is a valuable asset.
  7. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies are essential.
