Job Opportunity

  • Undertake background research and produce write-ups as part of a vital initiative to address global health challenges.
  • Conduct analysis on primary and secondary quantitative data sources, distilling insights into actionable reports that drive policy decisions.
  • Assist in the endline survey, developing and piloting instruments that accurately capture the complexities of stunting in Pakistan.
  • Visit the field to monitor endline survey activities, ensuring the integrity of data collection processes.
  • Coordinate and manage the data collection process, utilizing exceptional organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Write policy briefs, reports, notes, summaries, abstracts, and blogs that effectively communicate research findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences that bring together experts to share knowledge and best practices in addressing childhood stunting.
  • Update and maintain project documents for the team and senior research fellows, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Offer research and/or administrative support to other research programs as required, leveraging expertise to drive meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sociology, Social Sciences, or any related discipline.
  • Demonstrate excellent data cleaning, analysis, and management skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of STATA and Excel.
  • Exhibit exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
  • Display a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as required, with a flexible approach to meeting project needs.
