**Job Overview:**

The position of a facilities coordinator is essential for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment at the Reko Diq Mine Site in Balochistan.

  • This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.

 

**Responsibilities & Requirements:**

 

  • Manage catering and housekeeping services, including regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for services such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with department heads and employees to address and resolve facility-related issues and requests.
  • Conduct regular assessments of facility conditions and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

 

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, business administration).
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in facilities management or a related field role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
