Job Requirements

To be considered for this Supply Chain Officer position, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
  • BBA/MBA (Supply Chain) preferred

In addition to these requirements, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, while your organizational skills will ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve spare parts inquiries
  • Conduct meetings with customers for clarification
  • Visit clients to generate business
  • Monitor the supply and delivery of materials
  • Communicate with manufacturers' suppliers and freight forwarding companies
  • Negotiate with freight forwarders for import shipments
  • Process documentation for the delivery of import material to clients
  • Make quotations for clients
  • Follow up on submitted quotations
