
Executive Business Development Specialist

This is an in-person opportunity to work as a Business Development Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying decision-makers and building contact lists using CRM tools and online platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills in English. They will also have experience in email marketing, research, and/or lead generation, preferably with a degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be expected to write targeted outreach campaigns and meet weekly and monthly goals and KPIs. You will also build and maintain the data quality of our contacts database, while effectively collaborating with leading Sales Professionals across EMEA and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying Decision-Makers: Research and identify individuals in senior positions who align with the summit theme and objectives.
- Building Contact Lists: Utilize CRM tools, databases, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to create targeted prospect lists.
- Writing Targeted Outreach Campaigns: Deliver high-quality inbound inquiries through well-researched and written campaigns.
- Meeting Goals and KPIs: Meet weekly and monthly targets set by the team.
- Data Quality: Maintain the accuracy and reliability of our contacts database.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with Sales Professionals to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma: Recognised degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably Marketing or Business Administration.
- Experience: 1-2 years experience in email marketing, research, and/or lead generation.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a performance-driven culture.
