We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative strategies and effective leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing the overall Business Development strategy, writing proposals based on project requirements, and placing bids on freelance platforms. They will also manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners, develop a deep understanding of their products, and identify key solutions to customers.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a high aptitude for selling and a good understanding of software development life cycles. You should also be a dynamic team player with the ability to achieve monthly targets.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years' industry experience in software services sales as a Business Development Executive or Officer, with a strong background in marketing and computer sciences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the overall Business Development strategy
  • Write proposals based on project requirements and place bids on freelance platforms
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners and develop a deep understanding of their products
  • Identify key solutions to customers and target for increased penetration
  • Work closely with company management, technical and operations staff to develop and deliver proposals and client deliverables on time

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing / Computer Sciences
  • Minimum 2 Years Industry Experience in Software Services sales as a Business Development Executive, Officer or Freelance Bidding Manager
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life cycle
  • Knowledge of mobile development platforms, Open Source web development and SEO
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal, Written and Listening)
  • High Aptitude of Selling
  • Good Team Player
