About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telesales Representative/Executive to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our logistics solutions to potential customers through outbound calls and generating leads from social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Making proactive outbound calls to engage with potential customers and promote our services.
  2. Generating new leads and sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.
  3. Understanding customer needs and offering tailored logistics solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Achieving set sales targets and KPIs by maintaining a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Working Hours and Location:

We operate in two shifts: Morning from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Evening from 7:00 pm to 3:00 am. Our office is located in Lahore, Pakistan, but we encourage relocation to support the growth of our team members.

What We Offer:

We provide a comprehensive basic package starting from 40,000-70,000 PKR + commission with the potential for limitless growth. Our company values its employees and strives to create a positive work environment that fosters career development and professional growth.
