Position: Sales Executive – NUOMI Kitchen & Wardrobe (Hardware Expert)

Job Summary

NUOMI Kitchen & Wardrobe hardware division is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Executive with strong hardware expertise to join our DHA Phase 4 team. The role involves selling premium modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions while guiding clients on the best hardware fittings, accessories, and mechanisms to suit their needs and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing expert consultations on NUOMI kitchen and wardrobe designs.
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of kitchen & wardrobe hardware, including:
  • Hinges & soft-close systems
  • Drawer runners & lift-up mechanisms
  • Handles, pull-outs, baskets, and corner solutions
  • Collaborate with designers to integrate hardware solutions into client proposals.
  • Prepare and present quotations, design layouts, and hardware selections.
  • Maintain an attractive hardware display area in the showroom.
  • Follow up with leads, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.
  • Keep updated on latest hardware trends and NUOMI product developments.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior hardware sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware brands and functional benefits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to explain technical hardware details in simple, customer-friendly terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
