Client Service Manager Job Description

As a Client Service Manager, you will oversee multiple sites and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff and departments.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet service requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improving product solutions, increasing utilization, and optimizing channel usage.
  • Responsible for achieving quality standards and continuously improving service level standards.
  • Supervise employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, and addressing complaints.
  • Provide accurate billing information to clients in a timely manner and ensure timely payment.
  • Hold departmental staff accountable for quality and production, and initiate necessary actions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and concerns, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
