Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for clients across all social and digital initiatives, ensuring seamless updates, responses, and clarity throughout all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss and identify their requirements, review brief documents, and coordinate with relevant teams at the agency.
  • Manage client portfolios as the main account lead responsible for client-facing interactions.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from brief to final rollout, including idea generation, content calendar alignment, approvals, and deployment.
  • Maintain consistency of tone, brand voice, and creative aesthetics across all platforms as per client guidelines.
  • Publish/digitally post all organic feed content/posts/stories/reels on all platforms as scheduled and mandated by clients.
  • Develop always-on calendars and campaign plan presentations in collaboration with design, IM/PR teams.
  • Own the complete end-to-end reporting process for clients, driving reporting as mandated by them.
  • Present campaign ideas and presentations to clients as per their requirements and plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 02 years of previous account management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant experience with pre and post-productions.
