Tawabil Enterprises (PVT) Ltd. is a leading provider of high-quality food and beverages products to the Pakistani market.

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Food and Beverages industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company targets.
  2. Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the assigned area, utilizing market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  5. Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, progress, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Sales and Marketing, Business Development) would be an advantage.
  3. Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in the Accounting industry for at least 3 years.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
