Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the execution of daily warehouse activities while ensuring strict compliance with customer requirements, service quality, safety standards, and warehouse SOPs.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order fulfillment, dispatch, and returns in line with set standards.\
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in line with individual customer SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).\
  • Support the planning and coordination of manpower, equipment, and space to ensure efficient operations across clients.\
  • Manage stock control: receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring;\
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry into WMS.\
  • Act as an operational point of contact for multiple clients, addressing their day-to-day service and compliance-related queries.\
  • Collaborate with client representatives during operational reviews and audits.\
  • Employee roster management to ensure appropriate staff deputation.\
  • Managing third-party staff and labor deputed in the warehouse.\
  • Identify training needs for all operational staff and arrange trainings.\
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members and identify performance opportunities.\
  • Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation in the warehouse.\
  • Ensure safe workplace and working environment for all operational staff.\
  • Ensure employee participation in creating a safe work environment.\
  • Compliance of all applicable QHSE requirements is met.\
  • Meeting all QHSE KPI's.\
  • Shifts management and sanction leaves.\
