Warehouse Data Coordinator

The role of the Warehouse Data Coordinator involves accurately capturing and processing client-related and inventory-related data, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, dispatch, and reporting. This is a key position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Overview

This full-time opportunity will suit an individual with experience in data entry and a passion for maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed databases, systems, and forms with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, making necessary corrections.
  • Maintain and update records as needed, perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Compile, sort, and organize paperwork before entering data.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations.
  • Ensure adherence to data integrity and security policies, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Verify receiving and shipment data and key performance indicators daily, coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure data matches physical movement of goods.
  • Analyze data concerning department operations and customer requirements, maintaining 100% internal/external audit compliance and standard policy/SOP requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, possessing good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, customer-centricity, problem-solving skills, team player, and planning & organizing skills.
