Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Section Manager IR. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various legal and HR functions, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage labor litigation and other assigned tasks by the Head of Legal with utmost efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain effective liaison relationships with local bodies and third-party service providers.
  • Develop Human Resource Policy frameworks that align with prevailing laws and regulations.
  • Implement and administer employee discipline and grievance handling mechanisms to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate land acquisition/disposal and rental transactions for new store/warehouse openings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, guaranteeing confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Superb written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience and Qualification:

5-6 years of experience in HRM or IR and a Master's Degree in HRM or IR are essential. Age: 25-35 years.
