We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with a strong programming background who also understands the architecture of the automotive industry and has deep knowledge of end-to-end ERP processes. You will be responsible for customizing, integrating, and developing Odoo modules to support our online automotive operations, including warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules specific to automotive and e-commerce workflows
  • Analyze business requirements and build technical ERP solutions end-to-end
  • Translate complex automotive processes into efficient and automated Odoo flows
  • Develop custom modules, reports, dashboards, and API integrations
  • Perform system integration with third-party automotive and online platforms
  • Write clean, well-documented Python code within the Odoo framework
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and security for live business environments
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and live support
Requirements
  • Must have strong Odoo programming experience (Python, Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML)
  • 3+ years hands-on experience developing within the Odoo ecosystem (v13–v17)
  • Good understanding of automotive workflows (parts inventory, procurement, service, sales)
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and front-end/back-end integration
  • Experience working with Odoo Studio, custom module creation, and multi-company setups
  • Ability to design scalable ERP solutions for online commerce and manufacturing operations
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development environments
