Job Overview

The role of Human Resources Officer plays a pivotal part in supporting the recruitment and selection process for employees at an organization. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all activities related to recruitment and selection, including job postings, interview panel design, and candidate coordination.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within established timelines, manpower plans, and performance expectations.
  • Develop and coordinate advertisements for job vacancies on various platforms.
  • Create job descriptions for open positions and assist in developing interview questions.
  • Manage candidate databases, shortlist resumes, and schedule interviews/tests.
  • Inform candidates about job details, salary expectations, and benefits.
  • Determine salary comparisons and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings, maintain records, and generate employee codes.
  • Coordinate IT orientation and Supply Chain requests for new employees.
  • Contribute to internal projects and provide training to Management Trainees.
  • Perform assigned tasks by supervisors and provide cover for team members when needed.
