Job Overview

TechBaltoro is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Executive with 3–5 years of experience in international procurement, logistics, and supplier management, along with proven expertise in Amazon supply chain operations (FBA/FBM).

The ideal candidate must also have managerial or team-leading experience, capable of mentoring juniors, managing cross-functional teams, and driving supply chain initiatives. This role requires someone who can take ownership of end-to-end operations, resolve complex challenges, and continuously improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and engage reliable international suppliers.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and long-term supplier relationships.
  • Manage purchase orders (POs), confirmations, cancellations, replacements, and RMA processes.
  • Maintain and analyze supplier performance databases for cost and quality optimization.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Oversee and track global shipments end-to-end.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies in lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
  • Optimize logistics costs and lead times through alternative providers and strategies.

Amazon Supply Chain Operations

  • Manage Amazon FBA and FBM logistics, including inventory planning, shipment creation, and replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, labeling, and shipping requirements.
  • Coordinate with Amazon fulfillment centers and carriers to avoid stock-outs and optimize storage fees.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Review and verify commercial invoices, HS codes, customs documents, and trade compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs clearance procedures.

Inventory & Operations Support

  • Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and demand alignment.
  • Work closely with internal teams on supply-demand planning.
  • Analyze supply chain metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior supply chain staff.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in international procurement, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Amazon supply chain management (FBA & FBM) experience is a must.
  • Managerial or team-leading experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of global shipping procedures, supplier coordination, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in cost evaluation and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage team, and deliver under pressure.
