We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our Global IT team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing digital marketing technologies in support of our global strategy for 1st Party Data Acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include configuring and implementing consumer-focused platforms, developing and integrating multiple data flows and pipelines, and contributing to the build of Customer Data Models for use in marketing segmentation, targeting, personalization, sales enablement, and similar use cases.

You will also develop recommendations, strategies, methodologies to ensure that outcomes are met against campaign goals, partner the development of the technology roadmap to bring together, handle, and leverage customer data to improve digital marketing and personalization efforts, and work with global and divisional Marketing teams to advance FPD Collection, Data Integration efforts and data-driven marketing strategies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement digital marketing technologies in support of our global strategy for 1st Party Data Acquisition
  • Configure and implement consumer-focused platforms including Customer Data Platforms and Customer Identity & Access Management solutions
  • Develop and integrate multiple data flows and pipelines to link disparate data streams of customer interactions into a single source of truth that can be used across our marketing and advertising technology stack
  • Contribute to the build of Customer Data Models for use in marketing segmentation, targeting, personalization, sales enablement, and similar use cases
  • Develop recommendations, strategies, methodologies to ensure that outcomes are met against campaign goals
  • Partner the development of the technology roadmap to bring together, handle, and leverage customer data to improve digital marketing and personalization efforts
  • Work with global and divisional Marketing teams to advance FPD Collection, Data Integration efforts and data-driven marketing strategies and technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM / Campaign automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing
  • Knowledge of leading customer-centric data, data-driven Targeting & Automated Audience Activation is an added advantage
  • Understanding of governmental privacy regulations on the collection and use of consumer data (such as GDPR and CCPA) and how this impacts customer data management
  • Ability to apply agile methodology and sprint development to lead project implementations and backlogs
  • Ability to collaborate using the Google Suite of tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills
  • Adapt to and work effectively with a variety of engagements and in exciting situations
