Customer Experience Ambassador
Description:This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support at our experience centers. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Welcome and guide customers through their experience
- Develop an understanding of our CRM system and linked portals
- Handle customer queries and enhance their experience with excellent service
- Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation
- Ensure product upselling from the experience center
- Initiate improvements to customer experience and minimize wait/service times
- Build confidence and professionalism to serve customers effectively
- Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Manage customer retention and churn reduction
- Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution
- Achieve monthly KPIs related to adherence, service, and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management and effective communication abilities
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Knowledge of telecom products and customer management systems
- Ability to manage stakeholders and ensure standardization
