Job Title:

Customer Experience Ambassador

Description:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support at our experience centers. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide customers through their experience
  • Develop an understanding of our CRM system and linked portals
  • Handle customer queries and enhance their experience with excellent service
  • Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation
  • Ensure product upselling from the experience center
  • Initiate improvements to customer experience and minimize wait/service times
  • Build confidence and professionalism to serve customers effectively
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Manage customer retention and churn reduction
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Achieve monthly KPIs related to adherence, service, and sales
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stakeholder management and effective communication abilities
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Knowledge of telecom products and customer management systems
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and ensure standardization
