Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement improvements.

  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality-related topics and best practices.

  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or general sciences.

  • 2-3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
