Job Description:

The Visual Merchandising Specialist plays a pivotal role in showcasing products effectively. This involves collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies for highlighting new arrivals, high-stock items, slow-moving products, and campaigns.

A key aspect of this position is conducting regular visits to showrooms to ensure displays are organized and meet company standards. Additionally, the specialist will create and execute innovative window displays that maintain consistency and uniformity across all locations.

Innovative visual merchandising requires the ability to oversee the photography of all products, ensuring quality and alignment with the brand's visual identity. Furthermore, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is crucial while maintaining clear communication throughout the organization.

This role also entails managing timelines for each project, ensuring timely completion. Moreover, efficient management of props, décor, and display items is vital for effective product representation.

To maintain an engaging customer experience, the Visual Merchandising Specialist must regularly update displays to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal trends. This ensures a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design

Experience: 2-3 Years

Skills: Proven experience in virtual merchandising, preferably in retail; Strong sense of design aesthetics; Spatial awareness and attention to detail
