Marketing Designer – Ad Creative Specialist

We're on the hunt for a creative, results-driven Marketing Designer who lives and breathes performance ads. If you know how to design scroll-stopping visuals for Facebook and Google that speak directly to audiences in the US and Canada, we want to talk.

What You'll Do
  • Design high-converting static and animated ad creatives for Facebook Ads, Google Display, and YouTube.
  • Work closely with media buyers to test, iterate, and optimize designs based on real campaign data.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends and competitor strategies in the North American market.
  • Adapt creative concepts to various formats (carousels, banners, stories, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Help build and maintain a scalable ad creative library.
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, specifically for paid social or display ads.
  • Strong portfolio of ad creatives with a proven track record of performance.
  • Expertise in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and/or After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of ad design principles (hierarchy, CTA placement, readability, etc.).
  • Deep familiarity with trends, humor, and culture in US/Canadian digital markets.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality — speed is part of the job.
Bonus Points
  • Experience designing video ads or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads platform.
  • Copywriting instincts or experience collaborating with performance copywriters.
