We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in supporting Atlassian tools, Linux, and MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth understanding of business operations and customer journey.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service design, visibility, availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Automate manual processes efficiently, analyze incidents, and conduct post-incident reviews.
  • Analyze data using standardized telemetry to improve alert management, decision-making, and optimization techniques.
  • Support planned changes with deployment and post-deployment monitoring, creating dashboards or alerts as needed.
  • Evaluate open-source and vendor products, create proofs of concept, and migrate applications to the cloud.
  • Maintain adherence to company controls to meet audit requirements.
  • Exhibit leadership by fostering a talented and result-driven team environment.
  • Develop value propositions, case studies, and accelerators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience supporting Atlassian tools, including installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and support, along with Linux and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of Java, REST API, and Groovy scripting is an asset.
  • Experience with high-volume, mission-critical applications.
  • Understanding of ITIL and ITSM tools.
  • Experience in automation, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for cross-functional issues.
  • Ability to manage changing operational goals flexibly.
  • Passion for operational excellence and governance.
  • Experience handling escalations and ownership of critical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in stakeholder engagement and triage calls.
