Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in Quetta. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a field sales team to deliver sales strategies and achieve annual targets.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver on activation and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage and motivate the team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement an annual business unit plan to deliver channel revenue KPIs and targets.
  2. Manage winning customer relationships and facilitate best-in-industry execution of categories.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, and customer finance, to provide optimal returns across the area.
  4. Fully understand category insights and coach the team in the use of category tools to engage customers and make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Perseverance and attention to detail.
