About the Role
  • This is a key position in our organization that requires an individual with strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth operations.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily records of financial transactions, reconciling cash flow, vendor bills, and material invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • This role involves coordinating with procurement and store departments for invoice verification and GRNs, and ensuring timely payments to vendors, subcontractors, and labor staff after due approvals.
  • The successful candidate will also assist with internal and external audits by providing required documents and clarifications, and maintain records in accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
  • This person will prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports highlighting any financial irregularities or overspending.
Requirements
  • Bachelors in Accounting & Finance (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with tax laws and invoicing procedures
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
Experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in construction industry
